Courses - Introduction & Checklist
An introduction to Courses
Create engaging, interactive courses specifically tailored for different groups/audiences, such as new starters or management teams. Each course includes one or more documents that participants must complete to earn a badge recognising their achievement.
With an easy to view account dashboard, your users can see which courses they need to complete, along with helpful pop-up notifications displaying anything they have outstanding.
The new Courses feature can be found under Documents > Settings in your account.
It's a fantastic way to inspire your team, whilst enabling you to track progress effectively.
Checklist
This list is designed to help you make sure everything’s set up properly and working the way it should. Going through these steps will save you time and help you get the most out of what Courses has to offer!
- Create a landing page - this is where your users log in to get started.
- Create the badges that you wish to award to your users - ensure there are separate badges for each assessment.
- Create the documents that you wish to include in a Course - don't forget to include an assessment that awards a badge in each document!
- Create any required expected visitor lists - these are the people that can access the Course.
- Add and configure a new Course - it's time to get everything ready for go live.
- Distribute the landing page - send the landing page link to your visitors so they can log in and get started!
