      Viewing Course Analytics

      View analytics for individual courses directly within PageTiger, or if you'd rather, download a spreadsheet that contains the analytics for offline review.

      • Select 'Analytics' from the main menu, followed by 'Course Analytics'.

      Viewing Analytics

      To view the analytics for a particular course, simply click the 'View' button.

      A table will display showing a list of users assigned to the course, their completion percentage, and any badges they've earned.

      It's a quick and easy way to see who’s done what and helps you manage everything more efficiently!

      Users

      Select an individual user to see their progress.

      Badges

      Select an individual badge to see the completion analytics.


      Downloading Analytics

      Here you can view and download the analytics of a course.

      •  Select the checkbox for the course(s) that you would like to view the analytics for.
      • Select the type of information you would like to export - choose from Awarded Badges, Unawarded Badges and Expired Badges.
      • Select the 'Download' button to download a spreadsheet of the data.

      The data will include:
      • Badge Name
      • Visitor Email
      • Award Status
      • Award/Expiry Date 

       


      There is now also a further option of downloadable data, when you click the 'View' option on a particular course, you have the option to 'Download All' .

      • Visitor Email
      • Visitor List
      • Completion Percentage
      • The courses that they have been signed up to with a date they were 'awarded' the badge or it will state 'not awarded' if they have yet to earn it.
