Subscriptions
If you are an Account Owner you have access to the subscriptions area in your account. From here you can view the details of current subscriptions, as well as make changes to meet your needs.
This functionality enables you to stay in control of your account and make adjustments as and when required.
- To access your subscriptions, simply navigate to 'My Account' from the main menu, followed by 'Subscriptions'.

- From here, you will find a dedicated area listing all subscriptions in your account.
- To amend a subscription, select the Amend option.
- Select the Upgrade/Downgrade tab followed by the Upgrade/Downgrade button if you would like to make changes to a subscription.
- Simply enter a new quantity and save by selecting the Upgrade button.
Upgrade
If you add more administrators to your account, the cost of your subscription will increase. In this instance an interim pro rata charge will be applied until your subscription comes up for renewal.
Downgrade
Selecting the downgrade option will direct you to your account manager, who will be happy to help you in discussing your options.
