Pre-defined Roles

All PageTiger admin users must be assigned a role, which defines what they can do in your account, making their workflow smoother and more efficient.

5 pre-defined roles are available to all Essentials, Essentials Plus and Enterprise customers.

Account Owner

This is an enhanced access role.

It provides account management permissions in addition to all features available to in 'Full Access' role. This includes the ability to manage subscriptions, invoices, and users. Members of this role will also act as the point of contact for invoicing, account queries and user management..

We recommend this role is only assigned to a limited number of individuals.

Full Access

This is a standard access role.

It includes permissions to create, manage and publish documents; use TigerMailer and TigerGenius; and view analytics data for the whole account.

This role does not include any account management permissions.

Analytics Only

This is a limited access role.

Members of this role will be restricted to view only the analytics of documents within this account.

This role does not provide the ability to create or manage documents.

Analytics Only - Single Folder    

This is a limited access role.

Members of this role will be restricted to view only the analytics of documents created within a single folder in this account.

This role does not provide the ability to create or manage documents.

TigerGenius + Analytics

This is a limited access role.

Members of this role will only be able to create documents using TigerGenius, distribute those documents using TigerMailer and view the analytics for those documents.
