Available Roles
5 pre-defined roles are available to all Essentials, Essentials Plus and Enterprise customers.
Account Owner
Account Owners have all permissions of the 'Full Access' role, as well as permission to manage users and access subscription details.
If they are an account owner of a Parent account and have Child accounts, they can share templates and settings with them. They also have the ability to impersonate their Child accounts, giving them full access and matching permissions - just as if they were logged in as that user.
We recommend that this role is only assigned to a limited number of individuals.
Full Access
Full Access users have permission to create, manage and publish documents. They can use TigerMailer, TigerGenius, and view analytics for the whole account.
This role does not include any account management permissions.
Analytics Only
Analytics Only users will be restricted to view only the analytics of documents within their account.
This role does not provide the ability to create or manage documents.
Analytics Only - Single Folder
Analytics Only users will be restricted to view only the analytics of documents within their account created within a single folder in this account.
This role does not provide the ability to create or manage documents.
TigerGenius + Analytics
TigerGenius + Analytics user can create documents using TigerGenius and view the analytics for those documents.
