Badge Security
Improvements have been made to the Badge security rule, giving you more control!
Previously, a visitor would only be required to have one of the badges listed. This has been updated to allow the following options:
- The visitor requires ANY of the listed badges to view the document.
- The visitor required ALL of the listed badges to view the document.
Don't forget that this type of security rule must be used in conjunction with Reader Login, SSO or Employee Number.
Video Generator
Previously, if certain unsupported characters were used in a script, the video generation process would fail and an error would show. This has been improved so any unsupported characters will now be passed over, allowing the video to still generate without the script being compromised.
Sometimes unsupported characters can appear if text is pasted from external places where unique characters are used - we suggest pasting your text into Notepad (or similar) first, to remove any unusual formatting.
