I created a document using a PDF, why can I no longer replace it?
If you create a document by uploading a PDF file, any changes to the content will need to be made externally - for example, if you created the design in InDesign and save the file as a PDF, you will need to do this again for your updated version. This is because the design was not created within PageTiger Designer.
If you have an updated PDF file it can be replaced ('Manage Version' > 'Replace File'). Alternatively, you can import the PDF into Designer to add additional elements, such as Text or Image panels. This is done by selecting 'Design' (1) for your version followed by the 'Design & Interactivity' (2) option.
When a file has been imported into Designer, it can no longer be replaced, and the option will not be available in the 'Manage Version' list.
