Courses - My Account (for document viewers)

Once a user visits your landing page, they will be presented with a notification telling them they have a course to complete.

The notification will provide a link to their 'My Account' page where they can explore the courses assigned to them.

Look out for notifications in the bottom right-hand of the screen!

In the Courses section, users will find a list of courses assigned to them, along with their progress so far.
  • Select a course to display the list of badges to earn within it.

The next screen will display a list of badges to earn, as well as any already earned.
  • Select the 'Continue Course' button or an individual badge to get started.

  • Then simply click on the 'Earn Badge' button to open the document and begin!

Once the required badge has been awarded, the user will receive a notification confirming their achievement. They will then have the option to return to the course screen or continue browsing the document.

Scenario

Liam has just started his new role and has been asked to visit an onboarding landing page. He is automatically signed in using his organisation’s SSO and greeted with an introductory page for his course. 

A pop-up appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen, letting him know that his course is ready to start. All he has to do is click the notification and it takes him straight to his My Account dashboard.

From here, he can see any courses he needs to complete and how far along he is. Plus, with email reminders set up, Liam won’t miss a thing - it’s all designed to help him stay on track!

Earned Badges

Selecting an earned badge will display details about when the badge was earned and an expiry date if it has one.
