Two accessibility modes are available when visiting a document, making it easier for your visitors to view, interact and engage with them.
Accessible View
The content of the document is displayed in HTML mode. It will look similar to the default view, and is compatible with screen readers.
- Provides visitors with a good way to navigate and interact with your document.
- Compatible with assistive technologies like screen readers (page text, interactivity and images are read aloud).
- Increases readability for those with visual impairment or reading difficulties.
- Creates a more accessible experience and accommodates all visitors.
High Contrast View
The content of the document is displayed as black text on a white background, and visual noise is reduced by removing certain elements. Compatible
with screen readers.
- Removing certain elements reduces visual noise.
- Enables readers to have a better focus of the content.
- Increases readability for those with a visual impairment or reading difficulties.
- Compatible with assistive technologies like screen readers (page text, interactivity and images are read aloud).
Choosing an accessible mode
- Visit a document by selecting the document link provided.
- Select the Tab key on your keyboard or choose an accessible mode from the toolbar.

- Select the Tab key again or choose an option from the toolbar to go back to the Default View.
The visitors computer will remember their choice of accessible mode, saving the frustration of having to choose each time.
