      Notification Type: Version Visit

      Receive a real-time Notification when someone visits your Version - it's a great way to help you monitor the frequency of visitors, and establish how much they're enjoying your content!

       

      Example

      Management have sent out a monthly newsletter and would like to know if their staff are engaging it. This couldn't be simpler to do, and all that's required is adding a Notification to the Version, which will send each time it's opened.

      How to add a Notification to a Version

      • Navigate to the Version that you would like to add a Notification to.

      💡 Not sure how to find a Version? Select 'Documents' from the main menu followed by ‘Search’, and navigate to the Document that it's saved in.

      • Select ‘Manage Version’, followed by ‘Version Settings’.

      • Choose the Notification from the ‘Visit Notification’ drop-down list.

      • Select the ‘Save’ button.

       

      And that’s it! Each time the Version is visited a real-time notification will send.
