Create templates and add placeholders.
- To start a new mailing, navigate to the version you wish to distribute.
- Select 'Manage Version', followed by 'Distribute'.
- Now select the 'TigerMailer' icon.

You will then be greeted with the new mailing page and can choose to create a mailing using:
- a new blank mailing.
- a template that you have created.
- a previous mailing that you have sent.
Select either the green 'Blank Email' or 'Use' button for a template or previous mailing to get started.
- Now enter a name for your mailing and select 'Next'.
Choose a clear and descriptive name that will help you easily identify your mailing.
- You're now ready to choose the settings for your mailing!
- Choose who the mailing will be sent from.
- Choose who will receive the mailing.
- Enter a subject heading.
- Select the branding you wish to use.

- Select the 'Build Your Email' icon to start design your mailing!
- Drag and drop a block into position.
- Click into a block to enter/edit the text.
- Click an image to add/crop an image.
- Click a button to link to a page in your document or external link, and set the colour.
- Hover over a block to reorder, set a colour, or delete.

- Once you are happy with your mailing and ready to send, select the 'Continue' button.
- Choose when to send the mailing (now or up to 72 hours in advance).
- Select a temporary link expiry date if your document is unpublished.
- Select if you would like tracking to be disabled.
- Tick to agree to the T&C's.
- Press 'Send' and your mailing will be on its way!
