      I have forgotten my account number

      What is an account number?

      An account number is a 6 digit number associated with the account you have access to. The number is required if you log into your PageTiger account manually.

      Don't panic if you forget your account number, it's simple to retrieve!

      • You will be prompted to enter your email address.

      • An email will then be sent to you containing the account number (or numbers) that you have access to.

      💡If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox or your junk folder after a few moments, please contact your IT team as it may have been blocked from reaching you.
